Tomorrow is our Cinco de Mayo triple block pot luck dinner, and I am making FISH TACOS. Once you try this tasty recipe, you’ll understand what the craze is about. Top these tacos with cabbage, tomatoes, lime juice, and taco sauce.

COMBINE sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro and 2 tablespoons seasoning mix in small bowl. COMBINE cod, vegetable oil, lemon juice and remaining seasoning mix in medium bowl; pour into large skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. FILL taco shells with fish mixture. Top with cabbage, tomato and sour cream mixture, lime juice and taco sauce.

Fish tacos, yum. I’ve been hooked on fish tacos ever since Rob and I had them at that blue fish shack on Catalina.
Aren’t they the best there? Fishermen dock alongside the shack with their fresh catch. Mine won’t compare with theirs.
I love fish! These sound really easy to make with ingredients I would actually have in the house. I’m gonna have to try them.
Kathleen I hope you take photos at your block party. It sounds like it’s going to be wonderful. Good friends, great food - what more could you ask for?

Hi Beth and Debbie, I’m in charge of the camera. People are funny about having their photos on the internet. Maybe we’ll sneak some on anyway.
You can take our picture, Reba!
