Eat– for Good Health
Here are my favorite snacks– an apple, whole grain toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or 94% fat free popcorn.

As fit as she is delightfully funny, Kathy Griffin uses peanut butter as her power snack and says peanut butter doesn’t drag her down like a burger. When she’s on tour she has her own personal jar. “I’m fancy like that,” she says. “And I eat it with a spoon.”

I admired Kathy Griffin when she went to Iraq to cheer up the troops. Her humor is honest and refreshing.
Kathy Griffin has a funny streak with a relaxed attitude. She once said she likes her body better now (she’s 47) than she did twenty years ago. She exercises whatever way she can when on the road–the gym at the hotel or a very long walk. At home she does a full hour of cardio on the treadmill and bike and then weights. She eats sensibly.
