Eat– for Good Health

Our recipe for the Mediterranean Wrap (which will be in our diet guide, A GOLD STANDARD: THIN and Something Else) is 250 calories.  Ingredients are 3 ounces roasted turkey breast, 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips from a jar, washed and dried lettuce leaves, 1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese, and 1 whole-wheat tortilla.  Also included is 3/4 cup grapes.

  1. Kathleen, I’m going to make this today. I put on a two-piece, and my “muffin top” is starting to runneth over. I lost weight on Medifast and then started easting the old way.

  2. Good luck shrinking the gut, Janessa. You will do fine with real food. Just keep the calories low enough. I know you exercise. You’ll get there.

  3. Janessa, every meal needs some protein because it breaks down in a way that maintains steady blood-sugar.

  4. Gals, last night I went through a half box of Weight Watchers chocolate cake(s). They come in those cute little packages.

  5. Who can stop at one?
