Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza takes only ten minutes to prepare, ten minutes in the oven, and is 200 calories per serving. Ingredients to serve 6:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup crumbled, low-fat feta cheese (3 oz)
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried or fresh oregano
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1 pkg naan flatbread, about 2 (8.8 oz)
Prepare oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, stir all topping ingredients together. Divide evenly and spoon onto flatbreads. Bake until feta is soft and toppings and flatbreads are heated through, about 10 minutes. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve.
