Exercise– for Body and Spirit

However you get moving with cardio-vascular exercise, your happiness level will soar.  When we’re having fun, we exercise even harder and burn more calories.  The past week here in Southern California has been in the high thirties at night, and I haven’t been swimming because the water is colder.  The pool heaters aren’t designed for nights this cold.  Today I’m going.  Surfers invest in wet suits, and I might do the same.   With “winter storms” there’s a high surf advisory out, and that only means surfers will head out.

Several people at work watch the surfer cam off seal beach all day. I imagine they will skip lunch and cut out early today.

Hi Reba– at noon it will be 60, and I’m going then. You are right, though. A wet suit is a good thing to have. Actually Mary Alice has one because she swims after work.
