People craft– getting along with yourself

Furry friends lessen stress and depression, too!  Playing with your pet for thirty minutes slows the release of the stress hormone cortisol while increasing production of oxytocin by twenty percent, reveals Japanese research.  It’s my turn to give our two dogs baths.  Afterwards, I will take them to Central Bark.  Many areas have dog parks where canines can run free and play.

Thanks, I know I’ll enjoy it. I’m waiting for the temperature to warm up a bit, but I have a task that I need to finish.

You guessed it, Mary Alice. I need to write up a bio for a radio show. Also, come up with some questions– why we wrote it and how we went about it. It has to do with marketing out book, GOLD STANDARD OF THIN. I’m not sure how much to reveal.

Okay, I just asked Janice, and she gave me permission to say– Janice is a binge eater. Sometimes (even though she now weighs 105 at her 5’1″ stature, she still falls into it for a day or two before getting back on track. Yesterday was one of those days.

Janice was planning to buy just a single piece of pecan pie, but all Sprouts had was a full pie. She bought it at 4 in the afternoon and finished it off at midnight. The reason she was stressed is that classes start on Monday. She has a pretty full load with 16 credits. I told her to do her best and not beat herself up if she gets a C or a couple of Cs.
