Exercise– for Body and Spirit

Walk away tiredness.  Taking a ten-minute stroll after meals helps you avoid feeling sluggiesh for hours!  It takes lots of energy to digest food, and by increasing the flow of blood and oxygen through your body, walking helps provide that extra energy.  Whether your neighborhood is urban residential, like South End Boston, suburban, or rural, you’ll find interesting things on your walk.  Aren’t wrought iron fences beautiful?
