Rice farming is the most common job on Earth. They grow exotic varieties of rice that are delicious and nutritious. Brown jasmine rice is fragrant and popular in Thailand. Bhutanese red rice has a wonderful aroma and soft texture. Plus, it is high in potatssium and magnesium. I like it’s russet appearance. In ancient China “forbidden rice” was only for the emperor himself! Its purple black color makes it an excellent source of antioxidants, and it has a nutty taste, too.
