From my own experience losing the last ten pounds is the hardest.  If this is YOU, try these fat blasting dinners and get rid of three pounds every week and reach your goal weight instead of gaining at this time of year.   You can look inside GOLD STANDARD OF THIN (published by Sugar and Spice Press) on Amazon to find other recipes (over a hundred) but here are three easy and delicious dinners to put together:  1) 3 oz. shrimp, chicken breast or fat-free stir fried beans with 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables in 1 T. olive oil and a splash of low sodium soy sauce, 1 cup brown rice, 2 T. sliced almonds, 1 piece fruit , 2) 3 oz. cooked fish, chicken or beans tossed with 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1 cup steamed vegetables, 2 T. Parmesan cheese and 1 T. olive oil, 3) 2 cups mixed green salad, 1 T each olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup diced fruit.  Yes, you can be as thin as you want to be and feel your best.

  1. Kathleen, I’m noticing your enthusiasm for olive oil, and I agree it helps. It’s hard to stick to a diet that doesn’t give our bodies essential oil. I used to use canola oil, but now I’ve switched to olive. I literally feel better. I sleep better, and I’m in a better mood.
