If you’re a coffee lover like I am, here’s some great news– coffee saves lives!  It fights diabetes.  Antioxidants in coffee improve blood sugar.  In fact a recent study found daily coffee consumption lowers the risk of diabetes by 60%. It wards off cancer, again thanks to antioxidants.  Coffee drinkers are at a lower risk for breast and liver cancer.  Coffee also beats Alzheimer’s.  Three cups of coffee daily makes us 65% less likely to develop dementia because coffee’s antioxidants protect our brains.
