Eat– for Good Health

A sprinkle of sage is just what turkey needs to taste exciting along with a rubbing of cranberries. Of course it’s lovely in stuffing, too. Sage can also be sprinkled around in basements to repel spiders. I’m a dried sage enthusiast. These little sprigs also have beneficial compounds in concentration. It’s no coincidence that the word “sage” means wisdom. New research proves the sage herb boosts brainpower, preserves memory, and lowers risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

What’s prettier than an all green garden?
