People craft– taking care of yourself

Happy Valentines Day!  I feel grateful to be in love (after twenty-eight years of marriage) but know Valentines Day is hard for a dear friend of mine.  M. lost her husband to cancer a few years ago.  To get through the day, she’s invited friends over for a Valentines Day luncheon. She doesn’t actually like to cook but settled on Chinese Chicken Salad.  Every one of us will appreciate her efforts, and we’ll try our best to bolster her spirits.
