Stock up on healthy omega-3s! What’s the “fattest” part of your body? Hint: it’s not around our mid-section. It’s the brain which is 60% fat. That’s why eating lots of fish, rich in omega-3s is important to brain functioning. If you’re not a fish fan, you can get omega-3s from unsalted nuts and green leafy veggies.
