    Best wishes on your success with losing those five pounds. Be consistent and patient. I like a steady rate of a pound a week. That way, I’m not starving and the weight loss is real. About Kim Kardashian– first, she’s a beautiful woman and looks beautiful even with her weight gain. Kim will want to get down to her healthier weight, and she has the will power to do it after their baby is born. This is not the time for a severe diet. My heart goes out to her and anyone whose hormones rage and create great big appetites.

    Absolutely, Reba. It’s tough on the ego to gain weight, particularly for Hollywood icons. I’m glad talented Christina Aguilera is having weight loss success. Love her duet with Blake Sheldon, I’M JUST A FOOL.
