Cooking spray, 1/2 Tbsp butter, 1 cup
Dab of Butter
1 cup uncooked leaks, white parts only, finely chopped
Large container of chicken broth
5 cups uncooked green peas, frozen or fresh shelled
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
Salt and pepper or Mrs Dash seasonings
1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions: Cook leaks until transparent, and then add all other ingredients. Cook until done and add mint leaves as a garnish.
