People appreciation

We will never forget the horrible day of 9-11.  No one believed a terrorist attack was happening at 8:48 am. AA Flight 11 crashes into the North Tower.

On Tuesday, September 11, the two tallest buildings in New York — 110 stories each, a major tourist attraction, and crowded with men and women working for financial powerhouses, government agencies, restaurants, and shops — were destroyed.

    A permanent memorial garden to those who lost their lives in the United States on September 11, 2001 has been built by the British government in Grosvenor Square Garden, London, which is bordered on its west side by the U.S. Embassy. The memorial’s official opening was on September 11, 2003.
